Today from our UK base we develop, produce and supply an extensive range of high quality ingredients to the world’s food and pharmaceutical industries as well as into a number of specialized technical application areas.

These ingredients include a comprehensive range of texturants, tailored stabilizer blends, fully integrated emulsifier/stabilizer systems as well as products produced using our ground breaking cryogenic spray crystallization technology. This spray crystallized portfolio includes a range of super efficient non hydrogenated sustainably certified fat powders, spray crystallized roux mixes and free flowing stable chocolate powders.

We also process and refine a number of specialized hydrocolloids and natural raw materials as well as supplying a range of semi-processed and prepared foods to manufacturers around the world. We also supply an extensive range of flavors and extracts.

We continue to invest in our production facilities to ensure they are modern and up to date complying in all respects with our customers requirements and meeting the most demanding accreditation. As well as manufacturing our own products, we undertake contract manufacturing for multi national corporations."

424-326 EconoLux 326 Carrageenan is a polysaccharide extracted from red seaweed. The product is composed of carrageenan, konjac, guar gum, and potassium chloride. Classified as E407, E425, E412, and E508, the product is used as a thickener, stabilizer, gelling agent, seasoning, and an emulsifier in sausages and canned meat.

401-51 LuxAgar 100 is a seaweed extract that is acid stable and retains water. Classified as E406, it serves as a stabilizer, gelling agent, and thickener. The agar is derived from gracilaria and is used in sugar confectionery, jellies, marshmallows, and health foods.

Classified as E471, E401, and E412, it is used as a stabilizer and an emulsifier in ice cream, soft serve, and ice cream desserts.
