Ash Ingredients Trehalose Dihydrate is a natural disaccharide that acts as a moisturizer and antioxidant. This trehalose is derived from a sustainable agroforestry system where we begin with corn starch from non-GMO corn.
 
Functions:

Moisturizer: As a sugar, trehalose acts as a natural moisturizer.
Antioxidant: Trehalose demonstrates signs of neutralizing free radicals.
Protection: A crystalline envelope is created when in contact with water, offering cell membrane protection.

Finester 6090 is a multi-functional emollient and emulsifier with demonstrated broad-spectrum preservation performance. This all-natural ingredient, consisting of capric/capryllic esters, has passed preservative efficacy testing in emulsions at levels of 1.5% and 2%. This makes Finester 6090 an ideal ingredient for formulators looking to make "preservative-free" claims.

Finester 2860 (GMS NSE) is obtained from vegetable-origin raw materials. This anionic emulsifying base is suitable for a wide variety of O/W emulsions for skincare and hair care.
 
Applications:

Acts as an O/W emulsifier, opacifier, and bodying agent for a variety of cosmetic, haircare, and skincare formulations
Primary base in creams and lotions
Used in sun care, antiperspirants, color cosmetics, depilatories, eye care, liquid hand soaps, oral care, etc.


Finester 2860

Finester 2240 (GMS SE) is obtained from vegetable-origin raw materials. It is one of the most widely utilized ingredients for personal care products.
 
Applications:

Acts as an O/W emulsifier, opacifier, and bodying agent for a variety of cosmetic haircare and skincare formulations
Primary base in creams and lotions
Used in sun care, antiperspirants, color cosmetics, depilatories, eye care, liquid hand soaps, oral care, etc.


Finester 2240

Ash Ingredients Sunflower Wax is produced through the winterization of native sunflower oil. It has a pale yellow color and is available in the form of beads, pellets, or chunks. Ash Ingredients Sunflower Wax is known for adding gloss to lipsticks, mascaras, and hair care products. Furthermore, because of its superior oil gelling properties, it can be used at low concentrations to reduce the greasiness of oils.


Proven to have the highest gel strength of all waxes, this wax reduces the greasiness level in oils, lowers syneresis and migration, adds a high gloss in cosmetic applications, and imparts temperature stability (a melting point of 78 - 80°C).
With greater than 98% wax esters, this wax creates a strong network of crystals that imparts strong tensile properties.
Accordingly, this wax can be utilized as an alternative for rice bran wax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, and mineral waxes.

Capsaicin 95% (Natural) is a terpene alkaloid that has been found in capsicum and has diverse biological activities. It is an active ingredient in chili peppers and is used as an analgesic in topical ointments and dermal patches to relieve pain, typically in concentrations between 0.025% and 0.1%.

Ash Ingredients Oxyresveratrol is an extract of resveratrol found in mulberry wood. This compound offers antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-aging, and skin tone lightening support. Oxyresveratrol is a brown solid with a faint, characteristic odor. It is used as a cosmetic ingredient in skin-care applications.

Ash Ingredients Finamul V is a highly stable emollient with excellent spreadability and active delivery.
 
Functions:

Acts as an excellent plasticizer and emollient for skin creams and lotions
Aids in the dispersion of colorants, making it ideal for use in color cosmetic formulations
Acts as a solvent delivery vehicle for active compounds and a masking agent in perfumes


Ash Ingredients Finamul V

Finester 5118 is a vegetable-based alternative to lanolin, offering both a higher level of water retention and excellent adhesive properties for the skin and wet surfaces. It can be used in a variety of personal care applications in the form of O/W or W/O emulsions as well as water-free formulations. These features make it ideal for formulators looking to develop vegan, highly moisturizing, and conditioning base formulas.
