Since then, Ashburn has established itself as a manufacturer of an extensive line of metalworking fluids and maintenance chemicals with a focus on products used to cut, clean and protect metal.

The Ashburn team of veteran salespeople, knowledgeable chemists, and technical support personnel have many years of experience in providing solutions to a wide range of metalworking applications. In addition to manufacturing quality chemicals, Ashburn provides custom-designed fluid maintenance programs. Ashburn Chemical PCR 40 is a powerful, heavy-duty cleaner, degreaser, paint and gasket remover specially developed for high-temperature operations from 160°F to 180°F.

Ashburn Chemical Machine Cleaner Plus is a specially formulated water-soluble cleaner specifically designed for machine tool sump cleaning. This product will cut oil and sludge and remove bacteria and fungus found in the machine sump and coolant lines. Ashburn Machine Cleaner Plus will make the tough job of cleaning a machine tool easier and also prepare a machine to allow the coolant to perform with maximum effectiveness. This increases the sump life and reduces sump clean outs. Can also be used as a parts cleaner and a floor cleaner. It is biodegradable when neutralized.

Ashburn Chemical APW-40 Auto Parts Washer is a specially formulated water-soluble cleaner specifically designed for part washers and can be used at ambient temperatures up to 160°F. This product will cut oil and sludge from machined parts and provide in process rust protection. This will prevent the parts from flash rusting.

Ashburn Chemical Final Rinse is a specially formulated water soluble machine tool sump cleaner. This product will cut oil and sludge and remove contaminants and fungus found in sumps and coolant lines. Can be diluted with water to form cleaning solutions for hundreds of needs. Removes dirt, grease, oils, and other soils quickly and easily. Works with warm or cold water. Superb for floors, walls, and various industrial machinery.
