Preparation

Surface must be pressure washed with approved detergent prior to primer application. Surfaces must be clean, dry, and sound; contaminants such as dirt, dust, grease, wax, oils, soap film, mold & mildew, bond breakers, curing compounds, and loose, peeling paint must be removed before priming or painting. Remove all mildew by scrubbing with a solution of 16 oz bleach to one gallon water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry 24 hours before coating.
