We now acquire natural and synthetic rubber from producers worldwide and distribute to the rubber industry via our North American warehouses or ship directly to our customers worldwide. Astlett Rubber Inc SKD-Ti is a product of butadiene solution polymerization with the use of a titanium catalytic system and 1,4 cis-units content of 90%. SKD2 is easily compatible with natural and butadiene-styrene rubbers in any proportion. This property is very important for the production of SKD-based products. The mixtures, prepared on the base of SKD2, have excellent high wear resistance. Butadiene rubber is mixed with other rubbers to improve anti-wearing, anti-twist, repulsive elasticity, and coldness endurance.

Astlett Rubber Inc SKN3355 E is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile manufactured by cold emulsion polymerization technology. The product is a medium Mooney, medium acrylonitrile polymer designed to aid in processing operations such as transfer and compression molding.

Astlett Rubber Inc SBR 1507 High Grade is a general-purpose rubber. It can be used in the production of tires, tubes, conveyor belts, cable jackets, footwear, and various technical articles.

Astlett Rubber Inc SKI-3S is produced by solution polymerization of isoprene with titanium as the catalyst. The rubber is stabilized by a non-staining BHT antioxidant that is approved for medical purposes and alimentary product uses. SKI-3S can be mixed with natural and synthetic rubbers and is non-staining.

Astlett Rubber Inc SKI-3 Group 1 is the nearest substitute for natural rubber. It is synthetic polyisoprene with cis-1,4 content of at least 96%. SKI-3 uses a staining antioxidant.

Astlett Rubber Inc SKD Nd is a product of butadiene solution polymerization with the use of a neodymium catalytic system and 1,4 cis-units content of 96% minimum. SKD ND is easily compatible with natural and butadiene styrene rubbers in any proportion. Mixes prepared on the base of SKD have excellent high wear resistance. Butadiene rubber is mixed with other rubbers to improve anti-wearing, anti-twist, repulsive elasticity, and coldness endurance.

Astlett Rubber Inc BK 1675N is an isobutylene isoprene rubber with a yellowish-white bale color.

Astlett Rubber Inc SBR 1502 is a cold polymerized, 23.5% styrene SBR polymer made with a mixed-acid emulsifier, non-staining stabilizer, and salt-acid coagulation. SBR 1502 exhibits excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance, flexibility, and recovery properties that are characteristic of “cold” rubbers. This non-staining, non-discoloring polymer offers a complete range of bright, colorful stocks capable of satisfying requirements in a variety of products.
