Safety & Health

Safety
  • Working with resin for a long time may cause headache or vomiting due to inhalation of styrene fumes. Therefore, work in rooms equipped with supply and exhaust ventilation
  • In case of contact with skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water
  • In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty ofwater and see a doctor
  • Full cure does not occur if the catalyst content low (below 0.1%) or low air temperature in the working room.
  • When working, use chemical protection agents (chemical goggles, mask, gloves, etc.)
  • Do not add metal salts (accelerators) to peroxides (catalysts)
  • Do not add organic peroxides to hot diluent.

Storage & Handling

Storage
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.
  • Keep containers tightly closed to prevent monomer volatilization and water penetration
  • It is recommended that the storage temperature not exceed 25°C
