Alveolen is a physically crosslinked, closed-cell polyolefin foam produced in continuous sheets in a three-stage process: extrusion, crosslinking, and horizontal foaming. The foam sheets have fine, round cells. The two foam skins are smooth and scratch resistant.

Alveobloc is a physically crosslinked polyolefin foam produced in a four-stage process: extrusion, crosslinking, foaming, and lamination.

Alveocel is an extruded, closed-cell, easily recyclable polyolefin foam produced in continuous sheets. Within our broad range of grades and types you will find the ideal properties.

Alveosoft is a crosslinked polyolefin foam produced in a continuous process. It is exceptionally soft, its cell structure is homogeneous, fine, and partially open-celled, its foam skin is water repellent. Alveosoft boasts excellent air sealing at low compression, excellent thermal insulation properties, and high resistance to aging.

Alveolit is a physically crosslinked, closed-cell polyolefin foam produced in continuous sheets in a three-stage process: extrusion, crosslinking, and vertical foaming. Our wide range of grades and types includes foams with ideal properties for many individual requirements. In addition to its broad range of applications, Alveolit excels with its many advantages in thin-foam applications and its easy converting due to smooth-surfaced foam skin on both sides.

Alveolux foam blocks display a very fine and round cell structure and a strong foam skin of the raw blocks. As a highly robust foam, it is often used in applications where excellent appearance, high thickness, high strength, or good press forming properties play an important role. Alveolux is biocompatible, skin-friendly, and tested for harmful substances.
