Poly-Elek

Polycompound is the trade name for our mineral filled polypropylene compounds. Common fillers of our compounds include talc, chalk, short glass fibers, flame retardant and BaSO4. In addition, our polycompound can be optimized with the following additives: heat stabilizers, UV stabilizers and surface substances like lubricant or a mold release agent. Other fillers and additives are also available on request. Filler levels of up to 80% are possible.

AWP TPE-S Elastex is the trade name of our Thermoplastic Elastomers. The Elastex qualities combine the rubber-elastic behavior of a rubber and a thermoplastic processing behavior. Elastex is manufactured on the basis of SBS or SEBS. Depending on requirements, the Elastex grades are available modified, including the following optimizations: UV stabilized, heat aging stabilized, slip and demoulding aids, adhesion-modified or vibration and impact absorbing.
