MoldWiz® INT-21G - A non-silicone Process aid additive for use in all types of rubber processing which eliminates the need for any external release agent minimizing mold and machine cleaning time. Facilitates processing by increasing the flow characteristics and lubricating qualities of the rubber formulation without affecting its mechanical properties. The cured product can be readily glued, bonded, coated, etc. and there is no exudation or deterioration after prolonged storage. There is an increase in elongation percentage and tensile strength with many formulations

XTEND® 19ZAM - An air-drying reactive resin solution that cures to a cross-linked semi-permanent coating, which provides multiple release without transfer.

MoldWiz® WB-GR50 - A water based external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by adsorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part. Will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting

This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part resulting in numerous demoldings per release application. Without any necessity for washing the parts. Will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting.

MoldWiz® FFIH - A film forming combination release agent and barrier coat that dries at room temperature. For use on all types of molds. When used on RTV molds, acts as a protective barrier coat greatly extending the life of the molds. The film which is formed on the mold transfers to the molded foam during the curing cycle and acts as a primer for subsequent painting or can be washed off in a water bath, if desired. Does not contain any silicones or waxes and will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, plating, etc. No necessity for washing of molds between applications.

MoldWiz® INT-1230 - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. Additional advantages include better resin flow, improved dispersion of other resin additives and faster cycle times. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as printing or bonding.

MoldWiz® INT-1948MCH - A Process Aid Additive designed specifically for pultrusion. When PU catalyst and lubricant addition levels are optimized, the system can offer long open resin bath times at ambient yet very rapid cures within the heated die. Line speeds can be maximized with excellent surface profiles while reducing both pull force and die wear. Improved wet-out of fiber, fillers and resin is evidenced by retained or improved physical properties of the profile. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating.
