MoldWiz® INT-33UDS - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin. Eliminates the need for an external mold release agent. Improves resin flow, improves dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines, and reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating.

MoldWiz® INT-619C - A process aid additive, which improves PC flow properties, which is incorporated directly into the resin. In addition to improving resin flow without changing the melt-flow rate, furthermore, it improves dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines, and reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. It improves the scratch resistance of PC resin. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating.

MoldWiz® INT-619 - A process aid, resin additive that will improve flow properties while maintaining MFI. Will also enhance dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, pigments, etc.); increase through-put; reduce cycle time; permit effective processing/molding at lower temperatures and pressures. May be used to improve the surface appearance and scratch resistance of molded parts. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin or interfere with secondary operations such as printing, painting or bonding.
