    Product Characteristics

    A natural flavoring is added to the salt in order to erase the bitterness of the potassium chloride. These salts offer a very efficient sodium reduction solution with excellent results in flavor, texture and shelf life, over -50% sodium reduction and up to 100% sodium substitution.

    Our product has been tested in-lab and in industrial conditions with a wide range of producers in different markets and in different food categories. Excellent results given in various categories like bakery, meat, ham, patés, fish derivates, snacks, sauces, ready meals & dairies.

    Easy to use: 1:1 substitution of common salt in the recipes or formulas.

    Soups and Bouillons - Good results with 50% sodium in dehydrated soup and stock powder (bouillon).
