BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaform® / C 25 H is a new type of POM that was developed specially for sliding and wear applications. Compared to a standard POM copolymer, the material is characterized by a higher crystalline structure and thus better wear properties and a higher melting temperature. Kebaform® / C 25 H improves the sliding and wear behavior solely by modifying the polymer chain and there is no reduction in mechanical properties due to the addition of tribologically active additives. BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaflow® LCP HF130 is an LCP reinforced with 30% short glass fibers with very high heat resistance. The material is characterized by the following properties: good flowability with thin walls, very good toughness and strength, inherently flame retardant, high heat resistance (HDT ~ 300 °C), good chemical resistance.

BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaflex® / S FE 170402 is a TPE-S, Shore A90, extrusion. It is available in various Shore hardnesses from below A10 to more than D50 and is often used as a substitute for rubber due to the cost-effective processing in the injection molding process. It is soft and flexible, can be colored freely, shows good elastic behavior up to 100°C and is pleasant to the touch. A wide range of modified compounds is available, e.g. adhesion-modified types for 2K injection molding, printable types, variants with optimized compression set, etc.
