BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebablend® / RS are special compounds based on different polymers for applications by which radiation is to be shielded. Kebablend® / RS XB 060703/1 PA12 was developed for applications that are intended to shield soft and hard X-rays. Due to their physical properties, the filler systems used are particularly well suited to absorbing or attenuating radiation up to 600 keV. Processing using the injection molding process enables a particular degree of design freedom. Despite the high filler content, Kebablend® / RS XB 060703/1 PA12 has excellent mechanical properties.
