- It is serves as a thinner for Fermež paints and oil-based glazing sealants.
- It is also used as a traditional natural means of protecting wood against the effects of the weather.
- It emphasizes the natural look and grain of the wood. It increases the mechanical resistance of wood and slows down the penetration of moisture into the wood.

- Application Method
- Fields of Application
For filling wood, paper, plaster, concrete and other absorbent substrates.
- Preparation of the Substrate
- Before application, the wood must be clean, dry, well sanded, with a moisture content of max. 12%, free of resin residues.
- Wood with an increased content of resins (larch, pine) must first be freed of all resin spills, e.g. by washing with nitro thinner C 6000.
- Application Conditions
- Apply in stable and dry weather, the minimum air temperature for application is 5 °C.
- Optimal the temperature for applying the paint is 18 °C to 23 °C and relative humidity 40-70%.
- Work Progress
- Ferme dries slowly and shrinks slightly after application to wood.
- It does not create a "varnish surface", but soaks into the pores of the wood and thus highlights the texture (drawing) of the wood.
- Wood impregnated with Fermeze turns yellow (amber color) and darkens over time.
- Soft wood can absorb more fermage than hardwood, but fermage also takes longer to harden (dry).

- The product contains organic solvents.
- Follow basic hygiene rules.
- Do not eat, drink or smoke while using this product.
- Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Wear protective gloves and protective clothing when working.
- Ensure effective ventilation of the workplace.
- People and animals should not stay in the treated area until the coating has dried.
- In case of skin contact, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin with plenty of soap and water.
- When inhaling, move to fresh air.
- In case of eye contact, flush eyes thoroughly for 10 to 15 minutes with clean water.
- If swallowed, rinse mouth with water.
- In case of health problems or in case of doubt and in case of accidental ingestion and contact with the eyes, always seek medical attention immediately.

- The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in the original, unopened packaging.

- Hand over the used, properly emptied packaging to the collection point for packaging waste.
- Dispose of packaging with product residues at a place designated by the municipality for the disposal of hazardous waste or hand it over to a person authorized to dispose of hazardous waste.
