- We’ve been in the maple business for eight generations now, and we’ve spent years refining our process.
- We begin by selecting a full-flavored, dark-colored, 100% pure natural or organic maple syrup that meets our strict specifications. The maple syrup is pumped into a pressurized vessel, cooked, and stirred until the water in the maple syrup has evaporated. To ensure product purity, we never use chemicals or flow agents in our proces
- After the water has evaporated, pieces of maple crystals remain. We grind the crystals into smaller pieces to get a consistent product.
- There’s a lot of work involved in making our maple sugar, but when we taste it, we know it’s worth every minute.
