Lutensol® AO 11 is a nonionic surfactant that is approximately 100% active. It is derived from C13C15 oxo alcohol with 11 moles of ethylene oxide, consisting of approximately 67% C13 and 33% C15. Plurafac® D 250 is a non-ionic emulsifier that is suitable for oily soils, with a cloud point of 59°C and moderate foaming properties. It belongs to the EO/PO alcohol surfactant category and functions as a good non-ionic emulsifier for oily soils.

Sokalan® PA 30 is an acrylic acid homopolymer with excellent performance properties. The product has good dispersancy, helping to prevent the redisposition of suspended soils back onto surfaces, and is a dispersing agent that can be used for both organic and inorganic solids.

Lutensol® XP 79 is capable of producing very high initial foam, making it ideal for institutional cleaning and sanitation. It is available in both 85% active product and 85% aqueous solution forms. In solid form, it is slightly yellow, while in liquid form, it is slightly pasty. The product contains no preservatives and is recommended for use with Glucopon® surfactants to synergistically reduce skin irritation in food service and kitchen hygiene applications.

Lutensol® ON 30 is a nonionic surfactant and 100% active alkyl polyethylene glycol ether made from a saturated synthetic short-chain fatty alcohol with approximately 3 moles of ethylene oxide. It is a high-performance surfactant with low toxicity and great emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties.

Lutensol® AO 5 is a nonionic surfactant, approximately 100% active, that is based on C13C15 oxo alcohol with 5 moles of ethylene oxide and consists of ca. 67% C13 and ca. 33% C15. Sokalan® HP 20 is an 80% liquid multifunctional polymer that enhances the detergency of LAS and reduces clay re-deposition while also improving the detergency on oxidizable stains. It is highly effective at moderate pH levels and provides these multifunctional benefits for boosting detergency of LAS, reducing clay re-deposition, and improving detergency on oxidizable stains.

Lutensol® XL 50 is a 100% active product with a comparatively lower level of residual alcohol than regular alcohol ethoxylates with the same degree of ethoxylation. It is suitable for use as a foam control and degreasing agent in machine floor cleaning.

Lutensol® XL 80 is a 100% active product. It has very fast dynamics and excellent detergency on oily soils. Even when used at low levels, it can boost the degreasing power of the detergent without reducing the foam. It has a lower tendency to form gel compared to longer-chain alcohol ethoxylates.

Lutensol® XL 40 is available as a 100% active product and is suitable for machine floor cleaning as a foam controlling and degreasing agent. The level of residual alcohol is comparatively very low when compared to regular alcohol ethoxylates with the same degree of ethoxylation. It has a HLB value of 10.5 and is listed on the Safer Choice label. The final surfactant choice will be dependent on the formulation.

Lutensol® XP 89 is a nonionic surfactant manufactured by causing a C10-alcohol to react with ethylene oxide in stoichiometric proportions. It is an alkyl polyethylene glycol ether based on C10-guerbet alcohol and ethylene oxide and is a clear liquid at room temperature. The numeric code in the product name indicates the general degree of ethoxylation.
