Bastech 3000 Series are a complex of anthraquinone(AQ) and Bastech’s unique multifunctional amphiphilic chemistry created for use as a Kraft digester pulping aid. The unique amphiphilic ester portion of the product acts as an AQ delivery system, enabling cooking liquors to more effectively impregnate chips and transport AQ to target sites more quickly. The use of Bastech AMP-3000 Series products will improve organic extractives removal, help stabilize and protect wood fibers, reduce rejects and typically increase fiber yields by 1.2-3.0%.

Bastech 3000 Series

Bastech 4000 Series are liquor soluble, multi-functional amphiphilic compounds based on a unique engineered complex ester technology designed for use as Kraft digester pulping aids. The use of Bastech AMP-4000 Series products will significantly improve liquor penetration and impregnation into chips, facilitate the removal of extractives from the fiber matrix and prevent their re-deposition on fiber and machine surfaces during papermaking. Bastech AMP-4000 series products can be specifically synthesized and tailored in a variety of molecular forms to meet the compatibility needs of a wide range of pulping conditions.

Bastech 4000 Series

Bastech 100 Series is a water extended defoamer designed for use on paper machines. This product has been designed to eliminate surface foam and to deairate the headbox. Bastech 100 Series has excellent spreading properties and is extremely cost effective.

Bastech 2300 Series are high solids silicone emulsions that are designed to control foam and entrained air in the paper pulping process. They have been formulated to minimize silicone carry forward while giving excellent drainage and reduced soda losses.

Bastech 1900 Series is a fatty alcohol water based defoamer designed for use in controlling foam in waste water treatment plants. This product has been designed to eliminate surface foam without depleting dissolved oxygen levels. Bastech 1900 Series has excellent spreading properties and is extremely cost effective.
