BATA FOOD (Bardakci Tarim Gida Ic ve Dis Tic. Ltd. Sti.), subsidiary of BARDAKCIGROUP was established at the end of 2009 in Istanbul as an importer, exporter and supplier of food ingredients such as nuts, dried fruits, nuts, herbs, seeds, grains, pulses, cocoa, super foods and other products coming from organic and conventional agriculture.
We currently continue our activities with our presence in Turkey (BARDAKCI TARIM), The Netherlands (BATA FOOD B.V.), USA (BATA FOOD LLC) and Bahrain (BATA FOOD GCC).

We process dried fruits and nuts at our BRC certified facility in Turkey and also sourcing more than 40 products directly from 15 origins for the international food industry. BATA FOOD’s strong worldwide network of processors and partners enable us to offer good quality, efficient service and competitive prices for organic and conventional food ingredients.

Organic coconut milk powder (Cocos nucifera) is a powder version and alternative for liquid coconut milk, which is suitable for cooking where coconut milk is required. Coconut milk powder is produced from coconut cream and spray dried to form a water soluble powder. Turkey is the largest producer of dried apricots and major product is coming from Malatya region. This moist and chewy apricots are one of the most popular and well known dried fruits in the world. Natural Dried Apricots dry under the sun and have dark brown color. These dried apricots are more tasty and sweeter comparing to sulphured apricots but they are less durable because chemicals (mainly sulfur) are not used during production.

Organic coconut sugar (Cocos nucifera) also known as organic palm sugar is a natural, unbleached pure coconut sugar obtained from organic certified coconut tree sap which does not contain any other ingredients and can be used as a 1:1 replacement to a cane sugar. Coconut palm sugar is a healthier sugar option with it’s low glycemic index (35) compared to cane sugar (60) according to The Philippine Department of Agriculture.

Organic &amp; Conventional Desiccated coconut is obtained by de-husking and de-shelling fresh mature coconuts (cocos nucifera). After that they’re washed, grounded and blanched with steam and dried. Coconuts are very high in fiber and they have a good level of minerals such as potassium, chlorine, phosphorus and sodium.

Organic coconut flour (Cocos nucifera) is a by product of coconut meat produced by fine grounding coconut meat. Coconut flour is a naturally gluten-free flour and a good source of protein with a low carbohydrate value which makes it a great alternative to wheat flour.
