Scent-a-Flex™ is a patented microencapsulated ink or varnish that releases a fragrance when touched. The scent can be generic (i.e., strawberry or chocolate) or specific (i.e., Smucker’s Strawberry or Hershey’s chocolate).

BCM Inks U.S.A. EekoPlast inks can print directly onto plastic corrugated with your current corrugated press. No additional machinery or processes are required. EekoPlast inks adhere well onto plastic corrugated and have excellent rub resistance. EekoPlast inks clean up similarly to other water-based inks.

BCM Inks U.S.A. UV Varnish is a low-viscosity UV overprint varnishes that allow the printer to run the press faster while achieving film lamination like gloss. Our UV varnishes offer exceptional water resistance, scuff resistance and rub resistance. The UV overprint varnishes also come in matte finishes and can be tailored to special requirements.

Scent-a-Flex™

BCM Inks U.S.A. Conductive Black is a unique water-based flexographic ink for corrugated printing applications. It is used in printing boxes for shipping electronic components because the conductive ink eliminates build-up of static electricity. This ink is used on a box’s exterior as well as interior to dissipate static electrical charges that may damage sensitive electronic equipment, parts and components.

BCM Inks U.S.A. Nacreous Pearlescents inks offer a faux metallic characteristic when printed on clay coated or kraft substrate without the rub-off associated with true metallics. Varnishing is unnecessary for print protection; however, it will add additional gloss. These inks lend themselves to unique characteristics for RSC or POP packaging. Light colors and dark hues are possible in a transparent medium.

BCM Inks U.S.A. DuaKure is an alternative to UV coatings. It is a water based OPV (overprint varnish). It is made from a natural secreted plant product. Therefore, it meets BCM’s rigorous environmental standards. It offers numerous benefits versus UV and standard water-based coatings/varnishes.

BCM Inks U.S.A. Secure-a-Flex is a water-based ink or varnish designed to prevent counterfeiting. These specialized compounds can be printed directly onto corrugated packaging using existing equipment. It is cost effective and can be applied directly to the corrugated package to eliminate the need for a secondary converter (e.g., a label). BCM also supplies a line of security that makes authentication easy and non-compromising. Security features can be visible, invisible or a combination.

BCM Inks U.S.A. Eekoflex inks and varnishes provide outstanding environmental solutions for customers seeking a more sustainable printed product. They print the same as other water-based flexo inks, with the added benefits of improved lay and minimal bronzing.

BCM Inks U.S.A. PCR Black is a unique water-based flexographic black ink for the direct print corrugated market. PCR Black utilizes inks and toners recovered during the inkjet and toner cartridge recycling process. BCM Inks developed this innovative product in association with Close the Loop Inc. Part of the outstanding success of this ink is due to the fact that for every 450-pound drum of PCR Black that is produced, some 200,000 inkjet cartridges are saved from landfills.
