- Directions For Use
- Step 1. Make sure that the surface to be coated is clean and oil free.
- Step 2. Apply a film to surface. Film thickness depends on users needs but should not exceed 4 mils.
- Step 3. Cure under an ultra violet lamp. Cure time depends on the power and location of the UV light source. Beacon can offer assistance over the phone based on your specific application.
Procedure
- 1. Apply the wet adhesive to the film or the desired laminate, bring them together, work out any voids or bubbles and then expose the adhesive to UV light through the clear film.
- 2. Apply the adhesive to both sides, cure and "contact" bond by pressing the adhesive to itself. Nip roll pressure is recommended.
- 3. Apply the adhesive to one side, cure under UV light, and immediately bring the two surfaces together and through nip roll.
