- Product Background
- EVERLAST flowers are small and yellow, growing on small bushes located in the Mediterranean Basin. In mythology, these flowers were associated with the Greek god Apollo, who used to wear these ones to remind his own immortality. According to a legend, princess Nausicaa, who was as beautiful as a goddess, had a daily use of everlast. She saved Odysseus from his sinking boat, and took care of him by rubbing him with everlast flowers. Set aside for a long time due to its characteristic odor, Napoleon restored the everlast in the 19th century. Indeed, it was for him, thanks to the typical everlast flowers perfume that he knew when he arrived on his native island: Corsica.

Technical Details & Test Data
- Floral Waters Manufacturing Process
- Everlast floral water is obtained by steam distillation. During its manufacture, the aromatic compounds contained in everlast flowers are extracted by steam distillation and then recovered by decantation. The use of steam helps extract active plant principles without changing their nature, and without organic solvents or chemical treatments. This environmentally sound process helps preserve the biological properties and olfactory wealth of floral waters. Everlast floral water is truly “active”. Given that water is frequently the main component in cosmetic formulations, it can be fully or partially replaced by floral water to help boost the effectiveness of active ingredients and add a delicate fragrance to your natural formula. These transparent and colorless ingredients are easy to formulate and suitable for all skin types. Available in conventional form, everlast floral water is also offered in organic version.
