NOTE: Heat to 165° F prior to consumption.

As a general rule, Fast Instant Rice will absorb 1 cup of water per 1 cup of rice after 4 minutes in boiling water or after 5 - 6 minutes in water that is 170° F.


For instant cup-of-meal/ soup applications: Add approximately 1 cup of boiling water to 1 cup of rice. Stir, cover, and let stand for 3½ to 4 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Stir before serving.


For stove top applications: Bring water to a boil, stir in rice, and cover. Remove from heat and let stand for 3 - 4 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Fluff before serving.
