- Bicohair Anti Urban Pollution
Bicohair® UP is a dual system made of intelligent nanostructures (image on the right) that works as a shield protector against urban pollution. The external vesicle covers the hair fiber by electrostatic interactions adding a charge that repeals pollution particles, preventing deposition, whereas the internal smart disks deliver protective molecules that prevents the oxidation of pigments and the loss of color caused by UV exposure and daily washings.
Bicohair® UP also protects the structural proteins of the hair from the degradation caused by sun exposure, being indicated to be used in hair conditioners, leave- on serums, masks, non-sulfate based shampoos, etc.
- Skin Delivery Design
Bicohair® UP adheres to the hair cuticle by electrostatic interactions. The vesicle structures cover the hair shaft and repeal the pollution particles, whereas the disk structures penetrate through the inter-cuticle spaces delivering carotene molecules to the cortex, which prevents the oxidation of pigments and loss of color caused by UV exposure and daily washings.
