"BIFIX DOO is a chemical processing factory from Buje (Istria), founded back in 1973 as a social enterprise with the initial idea of ​​producing construction products. Thanks to its own R&D and know-how , a new production segment or program was established in the early 1980s - the plastics program, within which it began its own development and production of plastic dyes (commercially known as Masterbatch ) and additives. At the time, Masterbatch was a fairly avant-garde product produced exclusively by major global companies such as Du Pont and BASF. Bifix already has the vision and courage to invest in the plastics and Masterbatch production sectors, with a clear direction and goals for the future. After several decades, Bifix doo continues to prove itself as a useful and socially aware society that continues to actively participate and be an important factor in the life of the local community."
