ClipLock® is a two-part non sag methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of rotolocs, grommets, dishwasher mounts, sink clips into natural stone, granite, marble and porcelain counter top products. Combined at a ratio of 1:1, ClipLock has a working time of 4 to 8 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. ClipLock provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. ClipLock bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals. ClipLock adhesives are not uv stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops. This yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance. Due to its high strength, keep groove widths and depths to a minimum, as wide and deep grooves may cause ClipLock to crack the granite upon reacting and shrinking. We are not liable for cracked counter tops due to this effect.

ClipLock

SeamLock is a two-part methacrylate, flowable seaming adhesive designed for the inconspicuous bonding of various substrates, including solid surface (acrylic, polyester and blended products), granite, engineered stone, quartz, marble, cultured marble, glass, sintered stone, porcelain, and various plastics (not low energy surfaces). Combined at a ratio of 10:1, SeamLock has a working time of 8 to 12 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 20 to 25 minutes at room temperature curing. SeamLock provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. SeamLock adhesives are uv stable, and will not yellow over time.

RodLock® is a two-part non sag methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of steel and fiberglass rods into natural stone, granite, marble and porcelain counter top products. Combined at a ratio of 1:1, RodLock has a working time of 4 to 8 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. RodLock provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. RodLock bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals. RodLock adhesives are not uv stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops. This yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance. BDRP Gel is a high viscosity, non-sag, rapid curing, cyanoacrylate adhesive gel. It is designed to bond a wide variety of similar and dissimilar materials. The handling strength in most applications is in the 25 to 30 seconds time period.

BD320FX is a two-part methacrylate, flexibilized, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of various substrates, including fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and various plastics (not low energy surfaces). Combined at a ratio of 10:1, BD320FX has a working time of 8 to 12 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 18 to 25 minutes at room temperature curing. BD320FX provides high strength and very flexible bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. BD320FX bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals and will allow a great deal of movement of the substrates due to coefficient of thermal expansion differences. BD320FX adhesives are not UV stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops. This yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance.

BD54750 is a low viscosity polyamine epoxy product. The BD54750 is designed for metals and plastics bonding. This product is ideal for highway and bridge deck repairs, potting, casting, and encapsulation, floor systems, linings of tanks and pipes, and coatings. This product has good chemical, corrosion, and water resistance. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 4 hours with a full cure at room temperature within 48 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.
