BigRep PVA is a water-soluble support filament, ideal for printing complex, ready-to-use prototypes. It is commonly used in printers with dual-extruders to provide support for objects with overhang or those with complex geometries, for which 3D printing is the only method to produce in one piece.

BigRep PLA is an easy-to-use filament optimized for producing prototypes and pattern making, for end-use parts to the wide range of tooling applications.

BigRep PLA ULTRALIGHT is a a general-use bio performance thermoplastic for open-environment 3D printing. It's a filament with an open cell structure that results in a spongy texture when printed. Due to this quality, layers are barely visible on the smooth printed surface and the material can be easily sanded, cut, and otherwise shaped as needed. Uniquely, the material prints with vastly altered material properties depending on the print conditions. At higher temperatures with a lower throughput, the most lightweight foam is produced. On standard PLA settings, the material is tough and impact resistant. It features a density of approximately 50-60% of a part printed with standard PLA. Best suited for lightweight objects, shock-absorbent supports, or parts that require malleability, such as in forms and molding or modeling and prototyping applications. But be aware, to find the best foam/solid balance for your part, you need to be willing to tweak and tune some settings.

BigRep PLA ANTIBACTERIA is a general-use thermoplastic material for open-environment 3D printing. It provides lasting antimicrobial protection against a variety of bacteria, fungi, yeasts, and algae fungus. BigRep PLA Antibacteria is a bacteriostatic material that inhibits the growth of bacteria and other harmful microbes by an enzymatic reaction. The active metal ion incorporated in the PLA polymer to achieve this effect does not negatively impact PLA's mechanical or printing properties. It is an ideal material for use in hospitals, beauty salons, shops, or anywhere where users wish to prevent the presence of harmful microorganisms. Printing with the material between the recommended 195 and 215 °C does not affect the material's antibacterial properties.

BigRep ABS is a classic FFF filament that enables the production of a wide variety of products in large-format additive manufacturing. A familiar automotive manufacturing material now specialized for industrial AM, BigRep ABS is a high-strength filament suitable for mobility and a variety of white-goods and consumer appliances.

BigRep PRO HT complies with the compositional requirements of the European Regulation on Plastic Food Contact Materials and with the requirements of LFGB.

BigRep PET-CF is an engineering-grade filament for high-strength additive manufacturing applications. With exceptional dimensional stability and low moisture absorption, it's the perfect material for printing in industrial environments. Capable of producing exceptionally strong, stiff parts with a fine surface finish and heat resistance up to 100 °C, this material is ideal for functional, performance applications. BigRep PETG is the material is full compatible with all FFF open-build 3D printers, and has been optimized for use on BigRep large-scale machines, for a wide range of applications.

BigRep PA6/66 is a polyamide grade 3D printing filament combining excellent heat and chemical resistance, mechanical properties and printability.

BigRep BVOH support material is an ecologically friendly advanced water-soluble filament that eliminates post-processing for 3D printed parts. Created for use with dual-extruder printers, BVOH can be used in tandem with any other material to provide efficient support. It has been optimized for improved melt flow, eliminating concerns of hotend clogging that come with other soluble filaments. Due to BVOH's ability to support heavy prints and the support-removal post-processing it eliminates, it's ideal for printing complex, ready-to-use prototypes and objects with large overhang or otherwise complex geometries. BVOH easily dissolves in water - dissolving faster in higher temperatures - cleanly freeing parts from support structures without manual post-processing.

BigRep PLX is a PLA-derived, general-use bio performance material for open-environment 3D printing. BigRep ASA is an engineering-grade UV-resistant filament for high-strength and environmentally exposed applications. Designed for industrial and end-use parts, ASA is strong material with high mechanical resistance, low shrinkage and superior layer adhesion. It is highly suited to applications in automotive, sporting goods, white goods and consumer appliances.
