Directions For Use

Simply dilute with cold water 1:128 (40 mL FUMALYSE II in 5 L of water) and apply by spray or manual methods. Allow to air dry after assuring a minimum contact time of 10 minutes.

Veterinary hospitals - Remove all animals and feed. Preclean all surfaces (walls, floors, operating rooms, tables, cages and runs) with a germicidal detergent (eg. Multi-Phenolic Disinfectant). Thoroughly wet all surfaces with FUMALYSE II solution. Ventilate and allow treatment to dry. Treat with FUMALYSE II at least once weekly or even daily.

Farm buildings, vehicles, etc. - Remove animals from buildings or vehicles. Remove all litter and manure from floors, walls and surfaces of barns, pens, stalls, chutes and other facilities. Preclean all surfaces using a germicidal detergent (e.g. Multi-Phenolic Disinfectant). Then thoroughly wet all surfaces with FUMALYSE II solution. Ventilate buildings and other closed spaces and allow treatment to dry before housing livestock.

Livestock equipment - Empty all feeding and watering equipment. Preclean all equipment using a germicidal detergent as above. Then thoroughly wet all parts of the equipment with FUMALYSE II solution. Immerse all halters, ropes, forks, shovels and scrapers, as well as other types of equipment. Do not spray onto feed to be consumed by animals or birds. Rinse feeders and waterers thoroughly with potable water prior to use.

Re-entry and ventilation - Entry by any person - other than a correctly equipped handler is PROHIBITED in the entire enclosed building/structure from the start of application until aeration reduces the air concentration level of formaldehyde in the working area to less than 0.75 ppm. The air level concentration of formaldehyde must be measured before entry is permitted. Ensure adequate ventilation of closed spaces before re-entry of humans or animals.
