- LT should be dosed when dropping temperatures approach 15-20°C and should be continued throughout the winter.
- LT retains 90% biological activity down to temperatures as low as 4°F.
- LT is a granular product blend consisting of naturally occurring, scientifically selected (but not genetically manipulated) microbes formulated to accelerate decomposition and digestion of biomass (sludge), BOD, COD, and TSS.
- Additionally, LT bacteria consume excess nutrients including nitrates and phosphates. Mechanical aeration and agitation enhance the effect.
- LT contains both aerobic and facultatively anaerobic microbial cultures making this product effective across a wide range of substrates and environmental conditions.
