Additional Information: The flesh is used in facial products for its toning, refreshing effect, and its softening and emollient properties. As well as the flesh, peach kernel oil has regenerative and tonic effects that help to cleanse and tighten the pores of the skin. With the presence of Fatty Acids, peach kernel oil has emollient, nourishing, and moisturizing properties. It helps prevent dehydration and makes it an appropriate ingredient for the formulation of moisturizing products. Peach kernel oil has also regenerative properties; it smoothes wrinkles and encourages elasticity and suppleness of the skin. It is specially recommended for sensitive or inflamed skin, as well as delicate or mature skin. Peach kernel oil is non-greasy, easily penetrated and has a light texture. This makes it a good ingredient to formulate lip balms, face creams and massage oils. Finally, peach kernel oil is a good substitute for sweet almond oil, apricot oil and grape seed as they have very similar properties.
