AquaPolish® PRO is a dry milled powdered compound is a ready-to-use film coating system that provides moisture sealing properties and a highly flexible film on solid oral dosage forms for immediate release profiles.

AquaPolish® STA has been developed for the fast coating of oral solid dosage forms. It is easily soluble and a reproducible high-quality film coating can be guaranteed. AquaPolish G has been developed for the coating of all kinds of solid dosage forms. It is easily soluble and a reproducible high-quality film coating can be guaranteed. The widely approved, mineral colors of Candurin® are based on natural silicate combined with titanium dioxide and/or iron oxide.

BIOGRUND’s one-step film coating system AquaPolish® OM perfectly masks bad and strong smelling actives (e. g. herbal extracts). Sealing these characteristics by using AquaPolish® OM enables a pleasant application for the consumer and increases patient compliance. It provides a protective and economical coating on tablets, pellets, granules and capsules without influencing the disintegration time.

AquaPolish® TC is a combination of HPMC, HPC and other cellulose ethers with taste masking additives. Due to the further additives, which form a hardly soluble film, a tastemasking is achieved.

AquaPolish® SR creates a strong and insoluble film coating with good adhesion, through which the active ingredient diffuses. The use of highquality, insoluble cellulose ethers or Ammonio Methacrylate Copolymer (Type A, Type B) in combination with soluble cellulose ethers, plasticizing and coloring additives, guarantees film coatings that are always reproducible. By varying the type and amount of the cellulose ethers used, a wide range of release profiles can be achieved.

It is a unique, dry milled, homogeneous blend of selected filmforming polymers with coloring and a few plasticizing additives. AquaPolish® PVA is a combination of polyvinyl alcohol and optional HPC, which gives excellent moisture sealing by using aqueous solvent applications.

AquaPolish® C has been developed to improve running production processes. Furthermore, it is an ideal basis for researching new solutions. The contract manufactured compound is a unique, dry milled, homogeneous blend of film coating polymers, plasticizing and coloring additives and other excipients.
