CompactCel® FLO is a flow agent for loosening powder mixtures and improving flowability. The ready-touse powder compound replaces synthetic additives such as silicon dioxide. It prevents bridge formation during flow from hopper and provides a clean funnel flow of the powder mass to be processed during both tableting and capsule filling.

BIOGRUND’s one-step binding agent CompactCel® provides an easy to use, granulated and homogeneous compound of PVP/NaCMC or HPC/ NaCMC, which acts as a perfect dry binder.

BIOGRUND’s one-step film coating system AquaPolish® provides a protective and fast release film on tablets, pellets, granules and capsules. It is a unique, dry milled, homogeneous blend of selected film-forming cellulose ethers with plasticizing and coloring additives.

The ingredient premix CompactCel® MAB provides an oil and moisture holding capacity and prevents clumping of your powder blend. The homogeneous dry powder product controls humidity related issues in formulas or absorbs oily substances into free flowing powder.

BIOGRUND’s one-step lubricant premix CompactCel® LUB enhances the flow of tablet production by reducing friction between particles at the interface between the tablet and the die wall. The lubricant reduces wear on punches and prevents sticking to punch faces. Furthermore CompactCel® LUB is also suitable for filling and closing hard gelatin capsules to achieve a smooth filling process.

CompactCel® DIS is a natural/organic super-disintegrant which enables a rapid break-up of solid dosage forms when they come into contact with moisture. The super-disintegrant premix is formulated with natrual ingredients which complies with current Clean Label Standards. It provides an alternative to synthetic super-disintegrants, such as crosslinked polymers, crosscarmellose sodium or sodium starch glycolate. CompactCel® DIS helps in the fast breakdown of the solid dosage form so that the active ingredient becomes bioavailable faster and is readily absorbed. It can be also used in the formulation of oral disintegrating tablets (ODT) or chewing tablets.
