- Flavor: Siliphos® (Silybum Marianum, phosphatidylcholine (lecithin)) 84.5 mg
Each Prolivet® Medium and Large Dogs tablet contains:
- Product obtained from fermentation of S.cerevisiae: 842.31 mg
- Antioxidant: Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol 50%, 1b307) 105.31 mg
- Flavor: Siliphos® (Silybum Marianum, phosphatidylcholine (lecithin)) 168 mg

Silybin is the most abundant and active component of silymarin, a fruit extract from milk thistle (Silybum marianum). Silybin neutralizes free radicals, thus protecting the liver cells against oxidative damage. Silybin inhibits the adhesion of toxins, as well as the production of leukotrienes, which are involved in the inflammatory response. As for phosphatidylcholine, it is the main precursor/metabolite of choline, and the main constituent of lipoproteins in the bloodstream and cell membranes. It is also the main component of bile, and plays a fundamental role in mitochondrial energy transformation and in the elimination of residues from cellular metabolism.

Nutritional aid for dogs and cats to help maintain liver function.
- Dosing and form of administration
Administration of the tablets is recommended while the animal is hungry, at least an hour before food, to ensure optimal absorption. The animal must have constant access to water. Administer Prolivet® orally for a minimum of 30 days.
The administration period may be extended at the veterinarian’s discretion.
Daily dose/ weight:
- 1 Prolivet® Cats and Small Dogs tablet for every 5 kg
- 1 Prolivet® Medium and Large Dogs tablet for every 10 kg
