YOSU® is a yogurt derived from the drying of the product for human consumption. Its contents stem from fermented milk from bacteria and small amounts of ingredients normally found in yogurts such as fruit, cereal and proteins. The bacterium in the yogurt uses lactose to bond to the milk protein to make it highly digestible.
