Established in 1970, the main objectives at BJB Enterprises, Inc. have been to provide our customers with innovative product development, consistent quality products, and unsurpassed service. BJB is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, and we all take immense pride in the continual improvement that we have been able to experience with this program.

We are fortunate to be able to provide our products to a variety of industries. We formulated a clear urethane system to simulate ice for Gotham City in one of the Batman movies, supplied materials for a clear water-tower in the sky above New York City. We furnish resins and tooling that help decide how your next automobile might look, deliver product for diagnostic medical equipment housings, and materials that go to sea for oceanographic exploration. BJB employees are totally dedicated to providing the most superior product and service possible, no matter what your project!

WC-565 A/B is a two-part, clear, colorless aliphatic-based polyurethane elastomer. It is recommended for use whenever a flexible, permanently transparent elastomer is required. Itis UV light and oxidation resistant and can be easily tinted or pigmented to clean bright colors.WC-565 A/B does not contain MOCA, TDI, or MDA. In addition to being an excellent castable product, it also functions well as an adhesive for bonding various substrates.

WC-595 A/B is a two-part, clear, 90 Shore A polyurethane elastomer. It is recommended for use wherever a tough, flexible, permanently transparent elastomer is required. It is UV light andoxidation resistant and can be easily tinted or pigmented to clean bright colors.WC-595 A/B does not contain MOCA, MDA or TDI. In addition to being an excellent castable product, it also functions well as an adhesive for bonding various substrates.

TC-5015 A/B is a room temperature, addition/platinum curing silicone rubber designed for making molds and parts. When used to make molds, the TC-5015 A/B is translucent enough to see through when casting into the mold cavity. This aids in developing void free surfaces on the casting. TC-5015 A/B is also commonly used to make ink stamp pads as well as other types of pressure pads.

TC-5005 A/B is a room temperature curing silicone elastomer intended primarily for making silicone skins, but is also used as a general purpose rubber. This product is a condensation cured system using a tin catalyst that provides a 40-60 minute work time with 16-24 hour demold time. If a softer product is required, refer to the TC-5005 A/B-C data bulletin. TC-5005 “C” can be added to extend the elongation andreduce thehardness of the TC-5005 A/B.

BJB Enterprises TC-5005-AB

BJB Enterprises TC-1601-AB is an unfilled, low viscosity laminating epoxy resin for variety of fabricating applications. It features the ability tocure at room temperature for applications that do not require a working service temperature above 180°F (82°C). When post cured at elevated temperatures, this system can provide service up to 300°F (149°C).TC-1601is commonly used to reinforce fiberglass, Kevlar/aramid, and carbon fiber fabrics. It is alsoused as an adhesive for bonding wood, composites, and other substrates. Adding fillers like fumed silica, micro-spheres, and short-strand fibers can create pastes for filets, fairings, and bonding applications.

TC-1651 A/B is an aluminum powder filled epoxy casting resin system that provides service temperatures in the range of 340F (171C). TC-1651 is most commonly used for the construction of molds that require good heat conductivity, outstanding durability, and that provides production run capability.

TC 5005 A/B-C is a room temperature curing silicone elastomer intended primarily for making silicone skins, but is also used as a general purpose rubber. This product is a condensation cured system using a tin catalyst that provides a 1.5-2 hour work time with 16-24 hour demold time.

TC-5024A/B is a two-component, room temperature curing silicone elastomer. This system is designed primarily for making molds, but is also used for gaskets as well as a wide variety of parts. This product is a condensation cured system using a tin catalyst that provides a 30-minute work time with a 4-6 hour demold time.

BJB’s FD Series of semi rigid, fast reacting urethane elastomers exhibit great flexibility and excellent durability. These tough, abrasion resistant systems easily process at room temperature and range in hardness from 50 Shore D to 70 Shore D. The FD Series offers superior performance in many applications such as rollers, foundry tooling and high impact semi rigid parts. For longer work times consider BJB’s MD Series of elastomers.
