Black Earth Liquid Carbon is a ready-to-use extracted liquid humic acid. Containing 7.65% humic acid (HPTA method), Liquid Carbon is a liquid humic acid that has limited blending capabilities with certain fertilizers, but is ideal for use in starter fertilizer applications, top dressings, injection through irrigation water and foliar applications.

Do not mix with Acid fertilizers such as 10-34- 0, or any other high nitrogen or phosphate concentrated fertilizers in a liquid formulation. When impregnating with Urea it can blend up to 1 gal per ton of Urea for stabilization purposes. Do not mix over 1 gal, you will have incompatibility and gelling up in the mix Conduct small jar test, prior to bending. *If mixing with UAN solutions, mix at a rate of 1 quart LC/ 10 gal UAN of product (28-0-0 or 32- 0-0) for Nitrogen stabilization Shake or agitate container prior to use. Dilute 1 to 1 to make a comparable concentration to Liquid Carbon. Apply as straight product in a band application, in seed row, injected into irrigation water or as a foliar spray.
Irrigation Water - Inject at a rate of 9.35 L/ha (1 gal/acre).
Foliar Spray - Utilize 2.3-4.7 L/ha (0.25-0.5 gal/acre).
Pre-Plant In Furrow - Apply 2.3-4.7 L/ha (0.25-0.5 gal/acre). by band or broadcast in tank mixture with fertilizer applications.
Side Dress And Strip Till - Apply 4.7-18.7 L/ha (0.5-2 gal/acre).
