Our headquarters is located in Hasle-Rüegsau, Switzerland, with production facilities in Switzerland and the USA. At headquarters we house one of the largest laboratories in the industry for research and product development as well as a technology center fully equipped with the latest CNC machines for testing new solutions and simulating customer processes.

Blasomill products come in five different categories: Blasomill, Blasomill CSF, Blasomill DM, Blasomill HD and Blasomill HD CF. The products are available with or without sulfur or chlorine according to HP and wear-protection requirements. All Blasomill products are mineral oil based.

Blasomill

Vascomill brand contains Vascomill, Vascomill CSF, Vascomill DM and Vascomill HD. The products are available with or without sulfur or chlorine according to HP and wear-protection requirements. All Vascomill products are ester oil based and feature low smoke emission for severe operations such as gear cutting.

Vascomill

Blasogrind brand each with a different base oil contains Blasogrind (mineral oil), Blasogrind HC (hydrocrack quality), and Blasogrind PAO (polyalphaolefin). Within each of these lines we offer different formulations to suit your application requirements.

Blaser Swisslube Blasomill HD is available with or without sulfur or chlorine according to HP and wear-protection requirements. It is a mineral oil-based cutting oil.

Blaser Swisslube Blasogrind HC is a mineral oil based grinding oil.

Blasogrind (Mineral Oil)

Blaser Swisslube Blasomill CSF is available with or without sulfur or chlorine according to HP and wear-protection requirements. It is a mineral oil-based cutting oil.

Blaser Swisslube Synergy DWS is a oil-free synthetic cutting fluids designed for diamond wire sawing.

Blaser Swisslube Blasomill HD CF products are available with or without sulfur or chlorine according to HP and wear-protection requirements. It is a mineral oil-based cutting oil.

Blasomill HD CF

Blaser Swisslube Blasocut is a 100% bactericide free Water-miscible metalworking fluid. Blasocut metalworking fluids are well proven for over 40 years thanks to our unique bio-concept: bactericideand boron-free among other advantages. Our bio-concept products are outstandingly compatible both for humans and the environment. Their sophisticated formulation promotes a naturally robust microbiological equilibrium that ensures long emulsion life.

Blaser Blasocut

Blaser Swisslube Vascomill DM is available with or without sulfur or chlorine according to HP and wear-protection requirements. It is ester oil based and feature low smoke emission for severe operations such as gear cutting. For minimal quantity lubrication applications, we have different types of Vascomill products. They are suited for through-tool and external applications. They are specially designed for high cutting performance, cleanliness and leaving workpieces free from residues after machining.
