  • Preserves the wood against environmental factors
  • Protects the bees from disease
  • Adheres to and coats the wood boards better than paran or microcrystalline wax alone
  • FDA Status: Compliance with Federal Regulations 21 CFR-178.3710 and 172.886
  • If boards are wet, moisture may seep out of wood while dipping. It is best to use dry wood.
  • Before dipping, ensure boards are free of any dust and debris

Applications & Uses

Compatible Substrates & Surfaces
Instructions
  • Heat container of wax to 220°F
  • Dip box into wax and let it submerge for a few minutes so the wax can soak into the wood
  • Remove the boards and let wax drip off and solidify
