- 1 cup Bloomfield Farms® All Purpose Baking Mix
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup softened butter
- 4 large eggs (or egg substitute)
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. gluten free vanilla
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
Brownie Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Lightly grease 8" x 8" baking pan with cooking oil or non-stick release agent
- Mix sugar, butter, eggs, salt, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine Bloomfield Farms® All Purpose Baking Mix and cocoa powder.
- Slowly pour liquid mixture from Step 3 into bowl of dry ingredients from Step 4. Gently hand mix with a spoon or spatula until a batter forms. Do not over-mix.
- Stir in walnuts if desired.
- Pour into lightly greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
