It is advisable to preheat the BLS 8888 OFC at 80°C for 2-3 hours at the time of use for best results.
BLS 8888 OFC can be processed in standard PE extruder with L/D ratio minimum 24:1, with a compression screw of 1: 3 for best results.
Recommended Temperature Profile : As a start up we suggest use
170/185/190/205/220//230/240/250/245 ⁰ C
However, actual temperature profile will depend upon the screw compression ratio, L/D ratio.
