Preparation:
Procedure
1) Add A1 into bulk and heat to 50°C
2) Then, add A2 and A3 into bulk and mix well. Stir for 50 minutes. Make sure A3 is well dissolved
3) Add in A4-A6 one by one into bulk and mix well.
4) Then add in A7 into bulk and mix well. Maintain at 50°C and mix well.
5) Cool to 45°C. Add B1 into bulk and mix well.
6) Add C1-C5 one by one into bulk and mix well.
7) Premix phase D. Add premix into bulk and mix well.

Viscosity at 25°C (spindle 4, speed 20) - cPs 3000
pH - 5.0-6.0
Sensory attributes - Soft & clean feel
Please note that this formulation has passed 3 months stability at 45°C.
