CORIANDER SEED (Coriandrum sativum L.) is a raw material available as whole seed or ground. Sterilized on the customer’s request. Mostly utilized in the meat industry, and also in extract production. One of the flagship Bromex products, imported from selected crops in Eastern Europe.

BROWN LINSEED (Linum usitatissium L.) is a seed of common flax, rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Utilized mainly in baking and oil production. Brown linseed, similarly to the other Bromex products, comes from non-GMO crops.

PARSNIP – ROOT (Pastinaca sativa L.) is a vegetable utilized by the manufacturers of soups and spice mixes. Available dried, in the size preferred by the customer, and in paper packages and cartons of various sizes.

SAFFLOWER (Carthamus tinctorius L.) flowers and seeds are used in the production of dyes, cooking oil and bird feed. Raw material of Eastern European origin. Available in any amount, at various purity levels.

BUCKWHEAT (Fagopyrum Mill.) is a pseudocereal utilized in the food and medical industries. Available as whole grain or hull. The raw material comes from crops in Poland or from the best farms in Eastern Europe. Cleaned in the Bromex facility, tested in the certified Hamilton laboratory.

RED MILLET (Panicum L.) is a cereal available as grain of various purity levels. Imported from the best farms of Eastern Europe, cleaned in the Bromex facility and tested in the prestigious Hamilton laboratory. This raw material is used to manufacture the millet groats available in our range.

CARAWAY (Carum carvi) is a valued condiment with a burning, slightly spicy flavor, a major component of spice mixes. Utilized in the food industry, baking and cosmetics. Available as whole grain or ground.

DRIED CARROT (Daucus carota L.) is a dried, vitamin-rich carrot from Polish crops or from Uzbekistan. Available as slices, flakes, chips or granulate. Used by companies from the food industry in almost 60 countries. An ingredient of soups, sauces, ready meals and juices. Also utilized in carrot oil production.
