Stabilized Premium Plus Oat Groats are obtained by processing raw oats. They are cleaned, de-hulled and then heat treated to produce an enzyme stabilized oat groat. No additives or preservatives are added. Product shall conform in all respects to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and U.S. Food And Drug Act. Stabilized Premium Plus Oat Groats are a high-nutritional oat product ingredient, which is excellent in various food applications such as baking and breakfast cereals.
