Formulation Guidelines

• Burco HCS-40HF is freely soluble and stable in up to 40% NaOH and liquid caustic potash (45% KOH).
• Burco HCS-40HF is freely soluble and stable in 80% monoethanolamine.
• Burco HCS-40HF may not be compatible with silicates and phosphates. Depending on the amount of Burco HCS-40HF added, it is soluble in up to 10% anhydrous sodium metasilicate. It is also soluble in up to 15% tetrapotassium pyrophosphate. In mixed builder formulations, the solubility must be evaluated on a case by case basis.
• Burco HCS-40HF is freely soluble and stable in up to 40% phosphoric acid.
