C.B.Frost & Co. Plastazote

Plastazote® LD24 is a closed cell, cross-linked polyethylene block foam manufactured using Zotefoams unique production process.

Plastazote® LD24

C.B.Frost &amp; Co. CBF80 is an inert material and does not react with most chemicals. It operates well under high temperatures of between 60˚C and +230˚C and has excellent resistance to ozone and UV. Due to the inertness of the material, it is ideally suited to several medical applications, and its weathering qualities mean that it is commonly used for a number of industrial purposes. General purpose silicone delivers high performance and a long-life span in extreme high and low temperatures.

BISCO® BF-2000 is a highly compressible, ultra-soft silicone foam. The combination of low weight and softness makes it an ideal solution where low closure force and sealing are critical. The patented chemistry and cell structure provide a long-term performance advantage.

BISCO® BF-2000

HEXFLAME® 45-1000 has excellent environmental resistance, withstanding Ozone, UV, rain, and frost meaning outdoor applications such as lighting systems and enclosures are kept water and dust tight. It is resistant to corrosion, moisture, salt, and light fuels. It has great flexibility, strength, and durability which means it is ideal for all safety critical applications in rail, mass transit, marine vessels, oil &amp; gas; public transport and heavy goods vehicles.

BISCO® BF-1000

C.B.Frost &amp; Co. CBF-E80 Eco gives excellent resistance to water, steam, ozone aging and many chemicals. It is not suitable for contact with petroleum liquids.

BISCO® HT-800 medium firm silicone foam embodies the transition in the BISCO Silicone Cellular series from soft and conformable to firm and durable. It simultaneously retains the lightness of a foam while exhibiting enhanced sealing capabilities of a traditional sponge rubber. Patented chemistry and cell structure provide a long-term performance advantage.

BISCO® HT-800

C.B.Frost &amp; Co. CBF-1713 is a 60 shore Nitrile (NBR)/SBR blended rubber sheeting for general purpose or gasket use. It is a hybrid rubber sheet that will carry some performance characteristics of Nitrile and some of SBR and is suitable for a variety of lower technology sealing applications.
