Flex-tested for millions of cycles , one piece Shepherd Continuous Hinges may be used in place of metal piano hinges for bind-free and pinchless operation. Our continuous hinges are a great alternative to metal hinges where safety, corrosion or ease of clean up might be an issue.
Shepherd Continuous Hinges are molded from flexible alloyed polymers in 50' and 100' coils and in open widths from 1 1/8 inches to 3 inches. They may be cut to size for most applications or inquire about custom hinges molded to your specifications! Continuous hinges may be used on metal, wood or plas tic sur faces and are easily ins talled wi th screws, brads, or staples.

Flex-tested Shepherd Hinges are manufactured from alloyed polymers so they become stronger with each use. Shepherd Hinges are UV-resistant and nonconductive. They will never require lubrication and will not rust, tarnish, corrode, peel or bind, fatigue or deteriorate - even in wet or corrosive environments.
