TYCON 850 is a Aqueous emulsion of acrylic polymers and acrylic dispersing agents are the salts of polymethacrylic acid and are effective suspending agents for inorganic fillers like titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate. These are universally used in paint formulations where fillers are present in large concentration. They are also used in clay coating formulations and printing inks.

    Used In

    Acrylic thickeners are the copolymers of acrylic esters and acids and effectively swell in an alkaline medium. These are used to thicken the paint formulations without substantially affecting the properties of the paint. These thickeners are also used in textile pigment printing and carpet back coating applications.
