ST-NA22D is a special nucleating agent for various polyamides. Our ST-NA22D additive disperses uniformly in the polyamide resin to induce crystalline arrangement of the polymer molecular chains and promote resin crystallization speed for improved processing. ST-NA22D has particular advantages in injection molding applications including improving demolding, dimensional stability and mechanical properties while reducing cracking and shrinkage in products.

It is produced by a reactive process which differs from traditional reactive extrusion. The 0850 additive has increased compatibilization properties over our similar ST-LST5350 light stabilizing additive.
