As part of a metallurgical group, Campine is excellently positioned to source and recycle antimony containing raw materials and convert them into high quality antimony trioxide. Antimony trioxide is the most performant flame retardant synergist in combination with halogens. It is also used as a solid state polycondensation catalyst for PET bottles and in pigment applications. In addition to antimony trioxide, Campines Specialty Chemical Business offers a range of halogen containing and halogen free flame retardant masterbatches. They are effective in Electric and Electronic applications, in Building and construction and in Automotive applications. These masterbatches are a ready-to-use solution for all thermoplastic polymers that need a flame retardant performance.

MASTERTEK

Campine LT is a very consistent and controlled Antimony trioxide grade with average particle size between 2.0-2.5 μm. The LT– grade has a larger particle size to minimize the tinting in PVC-film applications . Campine LT is excellently mixable in PVC plastisols for textile coatings used in tent covers, banners and canvas for lightweight construcion films.

Mastertek 374157 is a halogen free, flame retardant masterbatch for use in PA.

MASTERTEK 374157

Campine CS is a high purity Antimony trioxide that is wetted with Mono Ethylene Glycol to minimize dustiness in handling. It is functional as Catalyst for the Polycondensation of PET. Campine CS,wetted with MEG, is excelently dissolvable in MEG to make up the catalyst batch that is added to the polymerisation process.

Campine XP is a very consistent and controlled Antimony trioxide grade with average particle size between 0.8-1.0 μm. Campine XP is the core grade to be used as additive into pigments. The XP–grade is also suitable as synergist for halogenated flame retardants in sensitive cable applications and plastics for electric &amp; electronic applications.

Campine Z is a very consistent and controlled Antimony trioxide grade with average particle size between 8-13 μm. Campine MT( Medium Tining) is recommended in PVC plastisols for textile coatings used in tent covers , banners and canvas for lightweight constructions.The MT grade is also suitable for cable applications and in plastics for electric &amp; electronic applications.
