- To bond high-pressure decorative plastic laminates, wood and plastic veneers, paneling, carpet, leather, fabrics, rubber, paper, polyurethane foam and many other surfacing materials over wood, particleboard, plaster, metal and almost any smooth surface.
- Do not use on vinyl, plastic, copper or where silicone spray lubricants or release agents for polyester molded products (sinks, vanities, and bath fixtures) are being used.
- Product Notes
- Ensure substrate, material and adhesive are fully acclimated at the same temperature and humidity level expected during normal use (between 18 - 35 °C / 65 - 95 °F with relative humidity (RH) of no greater than 65%) 48 hours before installation.
- Maintain the temperature and humidity level during and after installation.
- Ensure adequate ventilation during installation.
- This product does not require thinning.
- Conduct a bond test before application.
- Coverage
- Up to 380 ft2 (190 ft2 of bonded material) per 1 gallon.
- Applications
- Adequate ventilation is essential.
- Apply adhesive with brush/roller to both surfaces.
- Allow drying (adhesive will feel tacky and appear glossy).
- Bring both surfaces together in exact placement.
- Bonds on contact, therefore, repositioning will not be possible.
- Apply pressure to ensure full contact and maximum bond strength.
- Clean Up
- Fresh adhesive: Warm soapy water.
- Dry adhesive: Mineral spirits sparingly with a clean, white, cotton cloth.
- Do not pour cleaner directly onto the flooring.
