Hysol™ AMG is a chlorine-free, heavy duty, emulsifiable fluid for machining and grinding steel, cast iron, stainless steels, aluminum, titanium and copper alloys. This low foaming fluid is specifically formulated for use with naturally soft or softened waters while still maintaining emulsion stability in hard waters. The oily concentrate of Hysol AMG is easy to mix with water, forming a stable, milky white, non-foaming emulsion that helps protect machines and manufactured parts from rust and stain while resisting the development of rancid odors and fungus. Hysol AMG provides heavy duty extreme pressure lubricity without the use of chlorinated ingredients, making it an excellent choice for a wide variety of machining and grinding applications. These include broaching, tapping, reaming, deep hole drilling, multi-tool operations on CNC machines, centerless grinding and creep-feed grinding.

Castrol Alpha™ OG 1500 (previously called COG 1500) is a high viscosity compound oil specially developed for the lubrication of open gears and heavily loaded bearings. They are blends of selected hydrocarbon base stocks, specially selected extreme pressure (E.P.) and polar type additives. Alpha OG 1500 does not contain any harmful materials such as lead, bitumen or solvent.

Castrol Alusol™ ABF 29 (previously named Product 297/10) is a high performance soluble metalworking fluid which is boron, amine, chlorine and formaldehyde releasing agent free. It contains a unique additive package that works in synergy to enhance machining performance and surface finish, provide excellent product stability, improve bio-resistance properties and lower the overall operations costs. Castrol Alusol ABF 29 is suitable for large central systems and single sump machines.

It contains a unique additive package especially designed to machine various aluminum alloys that works in synergy to enhance machining performance and surface finish, provide excellent product stability, improve bio-resistance properties and lower the overall operations costs.

Brayco 1727 Plus are clear, colorless low molecular weight perfluoroether oil with added corrosion preventive. These oils are chemically inert to virtually all chemicals, and safe to use in direct contact with oxidants such as LOX/GOX and chlorine. They are nonflammable and non-toxic. Brayco 1726 meets the requirements of ISO 150 and Brayco 1727 meets the requirements of ISO 220. Castrol Fluoroclean™ X100 or Castrol Fluoroclean™ HE can be used to clean these products. Refer to the data sheets for Fluoroclean X100 and Fluoroclean HE for more information regarding these products.

Hyspin HLP 46 T (previously called Energol HLP 46 T) hydraulic oil meets the HLP requirements. This oil comfortably meets the requirements of DIN 51524-2. With outstanding wear protection over a wide load range, very good air and water separation capabilities, low foaming tendency, optimum corrosion protection, good seal compatibility and a high aging resistance, the Hyspin HLP 46 T hydraulic fluid has an excellent range of properties.

Hyspin DXP 46 is a zinc-free high performance hydraulic oil blended using high quality base oils and selected additives. It is a HLP-D type oil that meets the requirements of DIN 51524 part 2 and has detergent / dispersant properties. Through continuous suspension of contaminants in the circulating fluid, it minimizes the formation of deposits and residues, which in turn improves the overall performance of the hydraulic system.
